A little about me!

I am starting this blog as a way to share my newest hobby/adventure...baking!  My grandmother always told me I was a "smart cookie"...little did I know it would become a passion of mine as a grew older.  I am a mom to three wild little men and I started getting into baking once I had my first son.  I refused to pay a fortune for birthday cakes when I was pretty sure I could make one almost as good for a fraction of the price.  Over time I realized how much I love making cakes and cookies and challenging myself with the next design.
